Dyehard Fan Supply has built a management team made up of retail professionals with over 100 years combined experience.  Over the past three decades, our leadership group has managed countless high profile, large scale events, highlighted by the U.S. Open, Tough Mudder, New York City Marathon and multiple Bowl Games.

In that time, we have built long lasting relationships by showing our ability to adapt and develop standards and procedures that have allowed us to continue to show year over year increases despite a challenging economic climate.  Dyehard is committed to the highest standards of service and reliability in this industry.


Rex Hough

Chief Executive Officer

A veteran to the industry, Rex Hough was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dyehard Fan Supply in December 2017. During the past 27 years, Rex has served in leadership capacities in college athletics and beyond with a record of driving sales, building high performance teams, and creating new growth verticals. Rex is a proven college administrator, sports business executive, and business development strategist.


Ryan O’Callaghan

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan is responsible for managing the financial functions, systems, reporting and the overall fiscal strategy of Dyehard Fan Supply.  His experience consists of more than twelve years serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles spanning several industries including retail, wholesale, manufacturing and financial services.  Ryan received his B.S. in Accounting from Appalachian State and his MBA from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro.  He is a licensed CPA in the state of NC.


Jim Decker

Executive Vice President, E-Commerce

Jim has three decades of merchandise production and retail experience with more than 65 international sporting, live event, and entertainment properties with clients including Andrew Lloyd Webber, Paul Simon, the USTA and the New York City Marathon.  Jim was a pioneer in the merchandising of Broadway shows including “Les Misérables,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” and “The Color Purple” and has spent the last 20 years developing a multitude of eCommerce programs.

 


Anna Kolda

Senior Vice President, New Business Operations & Auxiliary Events

Anna leads all cross-company and firm operational efforts for new business. Hailing from ISP Sports, IMG College and WME|IMG she has nearly a dozen years of executive administrative and management team experience with a strong background in business development, project management, event planning and teambuilding in both the sports and music fields. With her proven ability to support operations and executive leadership through periods of fast-paced change and acquisition, Anna will continue to lead that cause with the Dyehard team. She is a highly agile strategist who coordinates and collaborates cross-functionally to drive new business development and growth. Anna is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University.  She lives in San Antonio with her husband, Ian.


Catherine Morgan

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Revenue Strategy

Catherine is a marketing, branding and communications executive with strengths in leading brand strategies that align with corporate vision and driving marketing plans that meet business development goals and drive revenue. She most recently served as, Senior Vice President, Brand Development at IMG College with oversight of multiple divisions: Apparel and Non-Apparel, Retail Development, Brand Marketing, International Licensing and NCAA & Bowl Properties. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from LSU and an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Marketing from Emory University, Catherine brings over 23 years of experience that includes key roles at organizations such as Coca Cola’s Global Sports and Entertainment division, Russell Athletic/Spalding and the 1996 Olympics.  In addition, she has a variety of brand relationships with the NCAA, Major League Baseball, College Football Playoff, NBA, WNBA, NFL, Major League Soccer, to name a few.


Jon Sirico

Regional Vice President

A nationally recognized and respected college athletics marketing veteran, Jon boasts more than 15 years’ experience in administration and has been an innovator in the areas of ticket sales, customer service, fan experience, and strategic marketing partnerships.  His ability to meet the evolving needs of partners, sponsors and fans alike has been paramount to his long-term business success.


Tyler Stinnett

Regional Vice President

Tyler brings more than 15 years of athletic administration, licensing, client management and business development experience to the Dyehard team. Tyler joined Dyehard in July 2018 after spending the last 13 years in a variety of client management roles at IMG College Licensing. During his tenure at IMG College Licensing, Tyler managed clients in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic overseeing 11 of the 30 top revenue producing institutions in IMG College Licensing’s portfolio. During graduate school, Tyler began his career in the University of Tennessee Athletic Department Development Office.
